Decree

Decree created for Intrinsic Nature's 11th Experiment. This was a huge challenge for me, I created this before my latest Evoke piece so I didn't really know what I was doing lol Im not fully satisfied with the result, and I REALLY need to find different color schemes haha. But I hope you enjoy it nontheless. More or less everything is painted, thought I would try something challenging.
